      Hydraulic oil is used in high temperature and high pressure for a long time, and it will produce carbon deposits and sludge due to oxidation and produce abrasive particle impurities due to mechanical operation, coupled with the surrounding environmental dust pollution and water intrusion, etc., so that the oil quality is gradually polluted and deteriorated, and the pollution and deterioration of the hydraulic oil in the machinery will make the valve move not smooth, affect the accuracy and stability of the machinery, and cause blockage to shut down the production when the bad fault is serious, and wear the machinery, piston rings, bearings, oil valves and spare parts for a long time. Cause oil leakage, reduce the service life of machinery, increase maintenance costs and production costs.

      1. In the hydraulic system, solid particle pollution will lead to aggravation of the surface corrosion and wear of hydraulic components, increase the amount of leakage, increase the oil temperature, decrease the pressure, low efficiency, slow response, instability, change the direction of movement, reduce the movement speed, decrease the bearing capacity, jam the valve core, and burn the electromagnetic coil.

      2. In the hydraulic system, water pollution will lead to oil deterioration (such as additive precipitation and oil oxidation), the lubricating oil film will become thinner, corrode and accelerate the fatigue failure of the metal surface, and the cooling and silting of moving elements will be produced at low temperature, and the dielectric strength of the insulating oil will be reduced.
